The new affordable rental social housing building in the heart of Vancouver – Bob & Michael’s Place is currently accepting applications for its limited number of independent living fully accessible units. These wheelchair accessible units are currently available for rent to those who are capable of independent living and meet the eligibility requirements. Medical and physical support are not available on this site. Rent range $1,150 to $1,800.
Low or moderate income earners who qualify for subsidized housing or market rent housing are welcome to submit an application at BOB & MICHAEL’S PLACE – Affordable Housing (successbc.ca)
