Old Growth Cannabis is looking for Budtenders for our new soon to be open store in Colwood. We will be open from 10-10 and are looking to fill all shifts including evenings and weekends.
We are looking for people passionate about cannabis who have a drive to learn. Familiarity with current cannabis products is an asset and Selling It Right is required. The store is pet friendly for all animals and is located at Allendale Rd and Veterans Memorial Parkway.

Must be 19+
Position Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Educate customers about various cannabis products, and their effects.
Assist customers in making informed choices based on their preferences and needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulations.
Assist with inventory management and restocking.
Assist customers in cannabis purchases while following all current regulations
Knowledge of basic computer functions and POS systems
Basic store duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting
Cash handling and other duties as directed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be 19+ years of age
One (1) year customer service experience
One (1) year retail/liquor sales experience (preferred)
In-depth knowledge of current cannabis products and consumption methods (preferred)
Valid Selling It Right certification
Pay: $20.00 per hour
