Suite available for someone who already has CSIL or would qualify for CSIL.
Each person will have their private bedroom, which is big enough to have their own sitting area for family or friends; they will also have access to a shared kitchen and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Currently, two other gentlemen are living on the property. We pride ourselves in a clean living environment and will not tolerate anything other than kind and respectful behaviours toward each other and our staff. We have all been together for 13 to 20 years and are like a family.
I have designed the property layout with two sections: one where I reside full-time and a hallway that leads to the other side of the house, which is the care side.
The outdoor space is a wonderful communal area that’s great for relaxing, featuring a BBQ area and a large umbrella for shade. Lots of trees, and the property is accessible to downtown, hospital, coffee shops, the lake and the mall. We are on a bus route as well. The client can either already be part of the CSIL program or apply if they have not yet joined. I am more than happy to help with that process.
Rent is negotiable.
We have 8 staff members, and we will discuss the hours and care needs of the individual to see how we can work everything out in detail.
