Marina Housing Cooperative Association is a 63 suite, 7-storey apartment building located in False Creek at the foot of Fir Street. We have one, two and three bedroom suites, four of which are accessible for people with disabilities. Our membership is composed of singles, couples and families of all ages. Members are permitted one pet per suite; exotic pets and snakes are not permitted. There is underground parking; if you have a vehicle, you will be offered a parking space upon availability.
Accepting applications for an available two bedroom wheelchair adapted apartment. This particular unit is a two bedrooms, lower counters, minimal threshold to a private patio shared with two other accessible units, and a wheel-in shower. It has an accessible parking space.
The current income threshold for a two bedroom unit is $100,617.
The share purchase cost for a two bedroom is $3,700 (which members receive back upon moving out)
The monthly housing charge for a two bedroom is $1,639.
