The mattress has a foam border filled with 1 foam section and 3 Roho sections, which are excellent for pressure relief and protecting skin integrity. The bed frame measures 46″x84″ outside, and the part that the mattress lies on is adjustable from 35″-41″ width and 79″-83″ length. The mattress that is on it is 42″ wide by 80″ long.
