Metro Vancouver Housing is a non-profit organization providing affordable housing for low to moderate income families, seniors, and people with special housing needs.
Available in a desirable location at Inlet Centre, Port Moody BC: 1 bedroom fully accessible unit on the senior side of a safe, Crime Free multi family housing complex. The unit is fully wheelchair accessible, pet friendly (some restrictions apply), includes insuite washer/dryer, heat and hot water. Secured underground parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
To qualify, you must meet the following eligiblity:
- Seniors only, 55+ years old.
- Single occupants or couples preferred.
- Must be registered and have an active BC Housing file.
- Rent Geared to Income (subsizided) housing is for households with lower incomes. Income restrictions apply.
