Charles Square Housing Co-op in East Van currently has an open wait list and an accessible 2 bedroom suite available.
Occupancy standards require a minimum of 2 and maximum for 4 residents for this suite.
Housing subsidy may also be available for those who qualify.

Email cshc.membership@gmail.com and provide your name, email address, and cell phone number. A link to our online application platform will be sent to you. Please complete the online application and ensure you choose the “Accessible” option, along with your requested number of bedrooms.
*Co-op has two accessible units, one with a tub with grab bars and the other with a wheel-in shower. It is not known at this time which unit will be available as the current occupant of one unit may choose to move to the other. Qualified applicants will be added to the waitlist for future vacancies if unsuccessful this time.
